Coffee or tea should be absolutely evaded as it’ll affect the sleep and increase sleep disorder that may irritate the problem. If you feel that there’s utmost need for coffee then you may have it in the morning but never take it in the evening or before going to bed. Doctors have found that grains, meats, dairy products, nuts and eggs are common allergens. So stop taking these products and see the result. Do not stuff your meal with carbohydrates. It may provide energy but won’t provide all the nutrients needed by the body. Protein should also be added to the diet. Intake of alcohol should be fully stopped as alcohol has effects on the nervous system which increases the issue. Likewise alcohol will create sleep rumpus that will again give rise to other issues. Also try and avoid synthetic sweeteners.
